The movie is definitely a Magnum opus and a perfect ode to the Avengers and their creator, Stan Lee. We bid farewell to Stan Lee last November, and with Avengers: End Game, it is time to say goodbye to his creations.
Unlike the first part, this film lacks the surprise factor and often feels a bit rough around the edges, however the body swapping antics help deliver just as many laughs, hence why I have chosen to give it 6.5 out of 10. Can this winning formula help deliver the numbers again remains debatable. The audience are given to believe that a further installment is in the works due to a post credits sequence.
As I said in the opening lines of this article that I was having high hopes from this film but I am a bit disappointed. So, I am giving this movie 7 out of 10. The reasons are many, such as I felt that the makers decided to make this movie because they had to. But the most disappointing reason was the weak and less exciting plot. Compared to this part, Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle was definitely a notch up.
